Not as crazy as it sounds. Various words, passages & even entire gospels have been omitted or edited since The Bible first came to light.
Whole gospels were excluded because they expressed unorthodox and/or heretical views. Yes… From day one The Bible was edited for best effect rather than *ahem* truth.
It’s no secret – just Google it.
How can anyone follow something so renowned for inaccuracies, falsehoods & deliberate manipulation to suit the needs of the church?
Can you really have faith in Chinese whispers based on dubious stories that were hand picked from other dubious stories?
From the start, even the so called virgin birth was embellished (more on that in a later cartoon). The type of thing a shitty gutter newspaper would do today just to sell print & gain attention.
Yes, the book you trust is the biblical version of The National Enquirer or The Daily Mail…
